Terms of Use for Inorda
Welcome to Inorda. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inorda mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Inorda, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About Us

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Inorda account. By using the Service, you confirm that: the information you provide is accurate; you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and you will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to: keep your password secure; notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission; and ensure the information in your account remains accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
4. The Inorda Service
Inorda is designed to help users organise financial information, understand future cash flow, estimate tax liabilities and make more informed financial decisions. The Service may include features such as: financial forecasting; affordability planning; budgeting tools; cash flow projections; savings planning; tax estimation; business planning tools; and personalised financial insights. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
5. Not Financial Advice
Inorda provides planning tools, forecasts and estimates based on the information you enter. Inorda does not provide regulated financial, legal, tax or investment advice. The information provided by the Service is for general information and planning purposes only. You remain solely responsible for: your financial decisions; your tax affairs; checking the accuracy of information entered into the app; and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. While we aim to provide accurate calculations, we cannot guarantee that every forecast, estimate or calculation will always be correct or suitable for your circumstances.
6. Tax Estimates
Where Inorda provides tax estimates, these are intended as guidance only. Tax legislation changes regularly and your actual liability may differ depending on your circumstances. You should not rely solely on Inorda when submitting tax returns or making financial decisions.
7. Open Banking (if available)
Where Open Banking features are available, Inorda will only access your financial information after you have given explicit permission. You may revoke access at any time. We do not store your online banking credentials.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to: use Inorda unlawfully; attempt to interfere with the security of the Service; reverse engineer or copy the software; upload malicious software; misuse the Service; use automated systems to access the Service without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Subscriptions
Some features of Inorda require a paid subscription. Subscription prices will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by the relevant app store. Unless cancelled before renewal: subscriptions renew automatically; payment is charged through your app store account; and cancellation must be completed through the relevant app store. We do not control the billing processes of Apple or Google.
10. Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered: it automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends; the length of the trial will be shown before you subscribe.
11. Availability
We aim to keep Inorda available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to: maintenance; updates; technical issues; internet outages; or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Inorda, including but not limited to: software; branding; logos; graphics; icons; designs; calculations; content; documentation; and source code, remain the property of Inorda Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
13. Privacy
Your use of Inorda is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Inorda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information entered by users. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if: you breach these Terms; your use of the Service is unlawful; your activity threatens the security or integrity of the Service. You may stop using Inorda at any time. You may also request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to the Service
We may: add new features; modify existing features; remove features; improve calculations; or discontinue parts of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users where significant changes affect the use of the Service.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
